Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the provision of services. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for any reason with 30 days written notice. Nailli Ltd reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of a breach of these terms by the Client.

Limitation of Liability

Nailli Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for those services.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms
